Orders will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. We will make every effort to make sure orders are processed as soon as possible during business hours. Often shipping the same day for in-stock items.

During busy periods, delays may occur. All orders will be processed no later than 2 business days upon receipt. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed. Items are allocated to your order when your order is being processed and after your payment has been verified, so on rare occasions stock may change by the time an order is being processed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail that contains the carrier tracking number for your order.

You will receive a pickup notification email once your order is ready for pickup. Please ensure that you have received this email before arriving at the pickup location.

Please come within 10 business days to the pickup location. If you are unable to pick up your order within 10 business days, please email us at [email protected] to have a new pick up date arranged.

For your protection, the owner of the credit card MUST be present to pick up the merchandise. When you arrive at the pickup location, please go to the Web Order Pick-Up area.

Please have the following ready when picking up your order:

1) Order Number
2) Credit Card that was used when placing the order
3) Valid photo ID with signature panel: includes government issued photo ID, driver's license, and passport. Student IDs are not valid.

Additional information for picking up your order:

If a payment was made through PayPal, please present the order confirmation email as well as a valid photo ID.

Return & exchanges:

Merchandise sold by NXFUSION.com are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days from the ship date and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

ALL merchandise requires a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by NXFUSION.com for a return. Please email us at [email protected] with the following information to request a RMA number:

• Order number
• Reason for your return
• The item(s) you wish you return

RMA numbers are valid for 7-days with a small leeway for shipping times. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive the product and refunds to be processed.

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

All returned items must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). GIFT CARDS, E-GIFT CERTIFICATES, AND ONLINE ITEMS MARKED “FINAL SALE” MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Black Friday / Cyber Monday Weekend Sale:
All sale merchandise during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday Weekend sale (11/24/2017 - 11/27/2017) are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Item(s) Shipped

Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped. Exchanges by mail are not permitted for returns from Canadian territories, APO/FPO, and International addresses. For orders made by these locations, you will need to place the order again.

Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please notify us at [email protected] within 30 days from the shipped date. We will provide a RMA number for the merchandise to be returned to us. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please notify us at [email protected] and we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Return items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How to return your goodies:

Please include the packing slip, customs documents (if applicable), and pre-printed RMA label when returning your items.

Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Any returns MUST include all original parts and packing materials, or the RMA will be rejected.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you made your purchase using a gift card, e-gift certificate, or store credit, refunds will be issued to the original card that was used.

Returns Made With Gift Cards, E-Certificates Or Refund Credit

Refunds can only be made to the exact Gift Card, E-Gift Certificate or Store-Credit Voucher Card used for the original purchase. Please retain the Gift Card, E-Gift Certificate and/or Store Credit Card after your online purchase, for return refunds and future purchases.
